I think the way resin is set up is so that you don't have to log on twice a day to use your resin. Before, I think it'd take 20 hours for your resin to become capped again if you completely finished it, now it takes 25 hours. Some people like this change because now they don't have to worry about their resin getting capped while they sleep/are in school/work/busy/etc if they go on at the same time everyday

It should be much lower than that tbh more like 2 mins per resin this might not be a significant change for end game players but it's a very needed one for the overall genshin playerbase we literally have hundreds of things to farm from bosses to mats to talents lvl up material just to build a single character and there's like 70+ of them and not to mention the artifacts torment which takes all of your resin only for you you to get shit in the end in a nutshell you literally need resin for every single thing from improving your damage and characters to farming mobs and mora

I know "skip button" is a meme and all but it's really bugging me, people will think the game is boring but it's usually because they don't pay attention to the story at all, having a skip button will make this problem worse. It's technically asking for zero ads for a free app, if there were no ads it's forced to make the app need payment to use due to it not making any revenue. Although, if I were one of the devs then I would probably add 2 options when you play the game, it will ask a question if you played the game before or it's your first time; If it's your first time it won't add any skip button; if you played the game before it will add skip button. Or we can add it like HSR did where they added a skip button if it somehow force-stop the dialogue or something

That’s so dumb though, it’s giving an unfair advantage to only new players who get a chance to choose to have a skip button. Also I don’t get the issue against a skip button tbh. 💀 Like, if you wanna listen to the story then go ahead. But sometimes Genshins dialogue is just straight yapping. Or for example world quests and commissions which just isn’t as important compared to story/archon quests.

??? Are you talking about the gliding exam?? If so then there is a reason for it. If someone is playing on a potato device they can have trouble with it and all other stuff that can be used to make the game easier isn't like... Required to do so, you can still play on the highest difficulty and all Though I do wish they also gave options for more difficult combat, like idk people who have lvl 90 characters and AR60 can upgrade their world level even higher

​@@wildrabbit2237 im mostly referring to the anti raiden training thing because i would do it perfectly multiple times but end up screwed over by grass that caught on fire, but in general, the gliding mechanics in genshin are really not that great. its not difficult to use, its just stiff and better done in games such as botw and could use improvement. the gliding challenge was easy, but i can see the perspective of it being annoying to some, especially because its so soon after getting your glider. not everyone has to be a pro gamer to enjoy a game or acknowledge its flaws

Gliding exam was hard for me when i first played, on mobile, genshin being the first open world game i played, and its quite early in the game sooo yeahhh... but now my main is ar57 and whenever i do it on an alt its pretty easy now- also i didn't have any troubles with yae mikos training. By inazuma i got used to the controls and mostly had the same team(xingqiu, beidou, yanfei, qiqi.. i was a liyue fan lol) until like ar45 when i got more interested in meta and character building.

I like the changes but I would love to see a change for a few of the characters passives (the local specialty ones) so you can pick and choose what resources the character can find (e.g. putting Mika to only find Calla Lily) as that would also make it easier to farm for characters and maybe change it to daily reset instead of every other day

As a mobile player, as long as you understand how the glider works and where you’re going, the gliding exam is pretty straightforward, took me two tries since I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to go right or left around the statue and ultimately ended up landing on the hotel’s roof.

There was a bug on the raiden shogun training the first time i tried it. I nailed it every single ti e but it would always say i failed the last part. I reloaded genshin and it ended up working the next time but maybe people complained about the difficulty if they are experiencing this bug. (btw idk if it has been fixed or anything)

I don't mind the boss cooldown being 3mins, what I want is higher drop rate for normal mobs. waiting 2 days just to farm 15pcs of Luminescent pollen or 10pcs of Famed Handguard is really annoying and one reason why most of the time I get tired of playing and just do the daily task and logout. also they should updated their Navigation tracker since not all the mobs are being tracked, having a low drop rate of specialty materials and limited numbers of enemies who drops them is a game killer

Every single one of these changes is welcome. The gliding test was not hard, but it’s not supposed to be. It’s a tutorial. Genshin is, for many players, Baby’s First Video Game. So the tutorials at the beginning have no right being harder than general overworld gameplay. The Raiden Shogun training was also definitely too difficult; if I was able to beat Signora with a team of Zhongli, Kaeya, Xingqiu, and Klee and Raiden with physical-electro hybrid Razor (and my trusty NRE), I shouldn’t have had to reset as many times as I did in the Raiden training. Plus, even as an endgame player I hate the Mondstadt domains. Bennett, Jean, and anyone else with self-application is a hard counter to the ice debuff, but it’s an early game domain. It should be clearable with most characters, or at the very least with a character that beginner players receive for free. If Amber or Lisa had a built-in application of their element to act as a tutorial for elemental cleansing, it *might* have been a good idea to put those conditions in the domain. Maybe. But it’s clearly not a common mechanic in the game and it needs to be removed. Between the shorter boss cooldown timer and the fact that the new cosmetic in Imaginarium Theater requires friendship 10 and level 90, I think there’s some merit to the rumor that 5.0 or 5.1 will raise the level cap to 100.

While I like the idea of not having to wait at all to battle the boss again after defeating it, but is 10 seconds really all you get in between? Will the reward just cut out after 10 seconds and, oh look you have to fight it again. Let’s say you’re in co-op, one of your teammates dies while fighting the geovishap, they race over as fast as they can, they get there, running to the flower and… bang the boss is back, full health, reward gone, womp womp?

Currently, bosses respawn after 2 minutes but you also have to be out of the area after those two minutes to make them actually pop back up. I assume that system will still be in place, just that timer is reduced, so you have more time to claim your rewards but once you teleport away and teleport back the boss respawns.

What they should do is: Add a skip button to ALL main story and side quests Give more stamina so that we can sprint longer. The stamina meter ought to be a full circle by now.. Remove Resin cost for Ley Lines. Make all materials repsawn after 1 day. We STILL have Monstadt patch's 1.0 settings on the world with 1000 new characters demanding resin to gear up. Like literally cut ALL resin costs in half. Week boss 60 -> 30. World boss 40 -> 20 Domains (ALL) 20 -> 10 Ley Lines 20 -> Free Here.. a perfect update..

I feel like that Hoyoverse also has procent of which domain is used most and test the one with the least used domain. Which might be why some domains are getting nerfed due to their annoying and time consuming battle.
