i love Hoyt and his music. I always wish that they would release some of his work from the 70's like the underscores from Pebbles and Bamm Bamm show and other fantastic shows. that would be so cool. enjoyed your video's and I subscribed. thank you for the memories☺

Thank you so much! I hope that we one day get a release of his 1970s music. Heck, I'd love an official release of everything they have! It's not like they're using it anyway.

Legal! Tenho 48 anos de idade, mas só agora descobri quem era o gênio compositor das músicas dos meus desenhos favoritos. Descobri pesquisando no Google sobre a trilha sonora do Jonny Quest. Saudações do Amapá - Amazônia - Brasil!

I wish there were videos of the singers, actually doing the songs in the studios

I do, too! I wish there was more behind-the-scenes material available from that time, but there wasn't much point in recording those sort of things back then. No since in keeping extra records, although it would have been amazing to see these days.

Very nice tribute. I'm glad I've learnt more about the man (men) behind the music of some of my favourite cartoons from my childhood. Such great memories ❤

@@peecee1384 Thank you! I hope more people the world over can learn about and give some respect to Hoyt Curtin, Ted Nichols, and many of the others who made the music for those shows possible.

I’m glad you remembered he also composed the swirling star theme which he composed in 1979 that was used even into the 2000s

Of course! It's an absolutely iconic piece of Hanna-Barbera history!

@@CartoonCade my only complaint is that you used the 1982 version rather than the bylineless 1988 version after Taft renamed itself to Great American Broadcasting. Nonetheless, you did amazing here. May mr curtin’s legacy live on in our hearts.

@@RockmanX02 You know far more about the swirling star variants than I do! To be honest, I just found a high-quality copy of it on KZbin. I had no idea what variant it was.

@@CartoonCade nah it’s mainly because there’s a wiki on logos called the The Audiovisual Identity Database or AVID wiki for short where it details almost everything single opening and closing logos along with variations and byline changes, HB included
