Wrap your Ptfe clock wise, anti clock wise it can unravel as you tighten it

I bought 3 units of this watering timers 3 months ago. 2 units have been working fine. 1 unit have been using up batteries every 2 weeks. 1 went to the seller to change. The unit they gave me leaks badly. So i request for another replacement. This replacement also leaks badly. Looks like the new batch of production is faulty

Having great trouble with this unit. Batteries only lasting a very short time,(under 2 weeks) Not great when you go away on holiday and find when you get home that the watering system failed while you were gone. We are on our second unit in 3 months, both with the same problem.

Can you please help. I have a hozelock 2220 and the only KZbin video with instructions for this model is in French ! Ohh la la . I wasn't there the day we did french.

Ours is brand new turns on but does not turn off. Urgh.

Hozelock advise not to use rechargeable batteries with this product. I have tried rechargeables with mine and it did not work.

Yes. he voltage is oo low. Very bad design.

These things are toast after the slighest frost. Also they do not work with rechargeable batteries. Battery changing is a pain. There are far better alternatives around

Also, the sticker should be removed.
