I'm the homosexual from a pretty homophobic nation. I realize it beeing so young and when i was 16 i already decide to live with a girl and gave up with finding more "natural for me" relationship. When i was 20 one friend that i really liked told me that "he guess I want to hang out for an alcohol to his home" (some kind of regional slang). I gone and I told him that yes, i fell in love with him few years ago but I'm too afraid to be a couple because it's just too dangerous, and I have no many to made us economical save, and I want him to make a family that he really likes to have, and I don't want to treat him like a stranger in every single public place we'll go, especially when he realize his familly is homophobic. All this situation was so hard and shocking for me that I decide to broke up with my girlfriend and become a single forever. Like my heart is still made for him and I don't want to fell in love with anyone else. Exactly, I just can't, because someone has his "ideology". "Too sweet", this song and few another songs make me dealing with my bad memories and bad life easier, and keep me far from hating this society I'm living with every single day of my life. I imagine a better one, far from borders of my country, where I can finally taste how it is to love and be loved

Passaram se o tempo eu fui embora, mas logo depois retornei para a cidade onde ele morava, nos encontramos e tivemos momentos bons... Ele havia me dito que eu era a melhor amiga dele, achei um emprego e ele tambem e entao decidimos morar juntos, passaram 2 meses e nao conseguimos continuar pois me mandaram embora, ele retornou apra casa da mae e eu fui tentar a vida em minha cidade natal que ja era em outro Estado, passou quase um ano apos o ocorrido me ligaram dizendo que ele havia se suicidado, fiquei muito mal eu ainda estava gravida passei mais mal ainda. Em 2021 eu apresentei essa musica para ele, e ele gostou tanto que cantavamos juntos; me disse que era a melhor musica que ja havia escutado e gostava demais. Sempre fumavamos maconha no quintal de casa por volta de 1 da manha e ele dormia no mesmo quarto que eu porem em cama separada. 🍁 Quando me contaram isso eu fiquei em choque, ele era um excelente homem e hoje faz mais ou menos 1 ano apos seu suicidio. Queria ter me despedido dele, eu sabia que uma hora aquilo iria acontecer mas nao imaginei que tao cedo.😢

Every June I come here to express my solidarity with LGBTQ community and their rights. I dont have a set date for this ritual but like to come June year after year to showcase the cause of LGBTQ and support them. Time to watch movies based on them. I have watched many American movies based on the topic. Every movie moved me in ways that I got filled with empathy for this community. I am forgetting the names of those movies. The "amen" during the bridge parallels the male orgasm. I don't know if that was deliberate, I imagine it was, but regardless it's a clever addition that I don't think many people pick up. I don't think all Christians hate gay people. I'd even venture to say that the majority of them believe you should be free to live your life and be happy with who you are. I was raised Christian and I don't ever remember being taught anything other than to love thy neighbor. I have morals, same as anyone and my life is by no means empty. You asked "what is your hope in life?" and although the question was not directed at me, I feel the need to answer it. My hope is that I am able to impact the people in my life in a good way and that in the unlikely event that I ever have children, they inherit a world they want to live in, not a world full of evil like the one my generation inherited. You also said that people " living their best lives depressed anxious suiciding or going down into a spiral of evil." Depression, anxiety, suicidal tendencies are evils in this world, but to imply that living that way was a choice is wrong and evil in itself. I have many friends who struggle with suicidal thoughts, depression, and other mental disorders and I can tell you that it sure as hell wasn't their fault. People who struggle with that do not deserve it in any way shape or form.

The only occurrences of condemnation for homosexuality in the new testament are 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, 1 Timothy 1:10 and Romans 1:26-27. In these cases, however, they are truly meant to condemn 1. Male Prostitution, 2.Pederasty and 3. The Cult of Isis people really need to learn their fuckin history. it really bothers me how many christians walk around committing countless affronts against their religion. there's nothing about christianity that outlaws homosexuals except an ignorance about which parts of the bible actually apply to you.
