It might be stuck due to the print head lock that is of orange colour if its not moving then you can remove the orange lock first. Or You can move it manually with your hand.

Sir , what is the best between HPsmart tank 585 or 589 v/s Epson l3252 v/s Canon g3730 or g3770 v/s Brother t525w or 820w. I want screen and modern features on printer I want to do 15-20 photo copy daily Passport size photos some times 5 times in a month Some times full album . 1 in a month upto 250gsm Wireless and smooth and fast and clear printing. Very nice.. I have a query.. Can't we connect printer with smartphone wifi directly without connecting it with wifi internet ? Is wifi network mandatory for connecting this printer with Mobile? In canon 3012 there is no need for wifi network for printing. It can print by connecting direct with smartphone wifi.

Yes you can directly print from wifi direct for that you have to connect the printer and your phone via wifi direct and you need to have HP Print service plugin app installed on your android device.
