Yes, 300 gsm paper but only 4x6 size paper. A4 size paper can be used of maximum 90 GSM. Above 90 gsm A4 can work but will work properly that company doesn't guarantee

Yes it's a gud printer, pl raise a ticket in hp to get free installation after buy on 18002587170. Ask the installation engineer to update it's fw after setup. It's mandatory to update fw to avoid issue in future.
