HP 7550A - Paper Sensor Error Investigation

I cleaned out the rubber paper rollers to help move heavier weight paper into the plotter but now I'm seeing a sensor issue - I took this video just to confirm that the sensor isn't firing correctly.
The sensor is E1 on the Main PCA, I will need to disassemble the plotter again to remove the sensor and see if it is a blockage or some other problem.
