HP All-In-One Desktop Full Factory Restore reinstall Windows 8 7 (reset Omni 120 100 27 705 EliteOne

This video will show you how to reset reinstall reinstallation of your Windows 7, 8, 10, Vista operating system to factory default on ALL of your HP All In One Omni & other desktop touchscreen computers. Either TAP or Hold Down the F8 button upon startup when you see the HP logo. It may take a few times retrying until it "catches" the Windows Recovery for HP where you'll see "repair my computer" on the very top.

That procedure should be utilized very carefully as a complete "wipe" of the hard drive is not completed. Data will remain until you utilize a tool to completely eradicate your personal data on the drive. Caveat emptor.

I'm going to try to figure it out myself. I did it once. When I figure it out I'll come back and share. I do know one thing, if you don't push "F8" Or don't know what buttons to push, try to turn it on, and as soon as you see the HP unplug it from the wall, and repeat untill the computer reads "Auto Repair" It's worked a lot for me. Seems like a far streach but it works. When I get information on the other stuff I'll keep everyone posted.

I have this HP Omni 120 here & it is giving me an issue. I upgraded the RAM to 8 gigs no issues there but switched to an SSD. I had to change the boot order & shut off secure boot just to get it to load Windows. Now I can get to the screen where it says "press any key to boot from disc" & I do, than windows loads its files but after that when the windows logo pops up it is just stuck there.

Amber Shaw it can't do that without the disk. You can buy one online for the version of windows that you were using. When it is factory resetting it deletes windows with everything that was inside your computer and reinstall windows to seem new.(you prob already knew this)
