power on no display
remove all power cable
(1) remove ram or cmos battry
(2) press power butten 30 second
(3) set cmose battry
(4) set your ram slot from 1st to 2nd slot

Jose A Esquivel take power cord off first to do all the steps, the. Put back in battery and ram then plug in power to turn back on.

Thank you! This fixed the problem! (I didn't swap the ram), just removed the cmos battery, held down the power button, put the cmos battery back. It booted right up!
