May I ask on which pin does the BQ chip recognise the battery has been plugged in? What would the pin voltage be , before and after the battery has been plugged in?

usually the battery recognition is made by the EC chip using 3 connectors which it signals the BQ chip to start charging.

When you injection 16 voltage how much amps on the Power supply

No more than 500ma with 16 volts in a 3 cell battery like the one in the video. I also believe you probably just need to just inject the voltage/current for a second or two and release. Then plug the battery back in the laptop and then plug the power wire to the laptop and it will start charging from there. The voltage was low on the battery but wasnt low enough to prevent the laptop from charging. So basically the trick is to "zap" the battery (or charge like he did in the video) to reset the chip inside then it should work as normal from there. I've experienced similar thing with BMS boards on different electronic devices and a zap of voltage resets them if for any reason the become unresponsive. In fact - I'll ill confirm this in the near future as I have old laptop with same behavior.

I have a laptop keyboard issue. Typing wrong keys, I've tired all that youtube videos have to offer also everything Microsoft help has to offer. Before i pay a tech guy, I'm still tryna get help.

i don't know which laptop you have this issue in, but mostly if you make a firmware upgrade it may fix the issue. Firmware upgrades for HP laptops can be downloaded individually other manufacturers can be upgraded with Bios.

Plus check the EC chip on board if it has some kind of moisture on its pins and tracks
