Only the 4303fdw scan both sides (in 1 pass) automatically. However, some settings need to be changed on the Embedded Web Server (EWS) page under "Copy" settings to "Legal". except mine, a 4302fdw, only has "1 to 1" and "1 to 2" in that menu. Both mine behave like that. I bought two because I had researched that they had duplex printing AND scanning. They don't. The hardware can do it, but sneaky HP seem to have crippled it in software.

How do you print 2 sided documents in one pass?

Often when select to print there should be an options think to pick what want like what printer and so on, sorry been years since used a printer that I'm unsure, looking to get a 4302 soon though

@@TechnologyTips017 not really, 4302fdw has too as the d means duplex, I been wondering what supported too, a review says from android only did photo and another thing but since looking to have Samsung galaxy work set up in future that said can print by excel, I was hoping someone let me know it support printing from Samsung galaxy with all Microsoft office software (mainly as Samsung galaxy be like my portable work station where be using Microsoft office like word, just says no review gave clear what work as Samsung galaxy and android can apparently support different things, I have emailed a company to ask before I buy one

Dear @mlee6050, We were referring to Duplex Scan on the Automatic Document Feeder, not Duplex Print. We were able to print from Word and Excel using our Samsung Galaxy phone. Best, Technology Tips

@@TechnologyTips017 okay thanks, I might look into the 4302 and 4303 more, I can find places that sell the toner when need for 4302, some with 4301 but not found any place for 4303 toner yet (I'm trying to compare the toner prices before pick printer
