The problem with the printers is. The ink is leaking all in the printer, on the right side ,over time it leaks ink out and it is showing empty. That's why it want recognize the ink and lights are flashing. If you don't believe me take the 4 screws out and look over in the corner. Ink is leaking out when not in use

Same here, I did diagnostics and it says cartridge protection error although its disabled, I actually bought 2 new black cartridge with HP genuine logo
