This is the worst printer ever. Always offline. Prints when it feels like it. Prints differently every time it actually prints. You need a decoder ring to figure out the “display screen” garbage! I hope your advice helps. Thanks for caring more than HP

If i hard reset will i have to connect it to the wifi again? My printer i haven't used in a few months. Had to replace the ink so i did. Its connect to the smart hp app and i can get it to scan but when it come time to print it will say the printer is printing but it is not. It does print out the printer information when I push the information button on the printer. I am stuck with this 😅

I think you need to do the wifi setup again to fix this error. Hard reset will reset it to defaults. Then connect to wifi again.

@@CopyPrintScanChannel Thank you! I did fix it. Honestly I think it was the app. They have changed some things on it so I deleted it and reinstalled it and it works fine now. I appreciate the help.

The hard reset wont work. I tried multiple times. I dont recommend any HP products.

@@geramx0 I had the same problem. Holding down the power and cancel did nothing. It didn't print out a page like yours did in the video.
