@Etjon Agolli it depends on the feature you want your printer to have, with the two printers you can scan ,copy and print. Both are Dual band WIFI and USB connection. With HP dDJ 3760 you can only scan flat paper, not like passport or bulky while 2720e you can scan bulk document like passport on the other as you can lift the the cover to open and place your document on top of the glass scanner to do your work. HP 2760e you have a put 3 year HP warranty if you register via HP smart app and on particlar website as well . I just downloaded the hp smart app. When I scan to look for te printer it finds it but showing as offline. But its first time set up. I've got it turned on the blue light flashing just keeps telling me offline. Please help

This printer with WiFi can be weird. You can use the WPS by pressing and holding the Wifi button for 3 secs on the printer and then press the WPS on your router. You can also discount from WiFi on your phone, connect to the printer and setup via HP Smart that way.

Hi! I moved and have a new wifi provider. I'm trying to connect the my hp deskjet 3750 to the new wifi and have no luck...any suggestions? (Everything that HP tells me to do, doesn't work) . THANKS!

Hi if you move house you need to set up /connect the new Wi-Fi provider details to your printer. From the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network setup or Settings, and then select Restore Network Settings. Uninstall Hp smart app and reinstall it again, delete your printer from the Hp smart app then start afresh switch on your printer, press and hold the WIFI Button for 60 seconds search for your printer on the HP SMART APP, add available printer to your new Wi-Fi, you also need to type in the new password for your new Wi-Fi to connect.

You need to restore the wifi setting of the printer itself. Press the Start button and wifi icon together for 3 seconds, till the blue light blinks (wait for 60 seconds) to put the printer to a wireless mode

You need to select that you cannot find your printer on the app, and it would take you outside the app to the HP website where you need to add the serial number for your printer and then follow the instruction to complete your Wi-Fi connection

Depending on your connection, you need to use your WIFI password to connect, if it ask printer password, it means you may be connecting via WIFI Direct, you can click on the WIFI Direct and the information button to print the WIFI Direct password. The WIFI Password you need is the same WIFI Password for you broadband Go at the back of your broadband router to get the password you need. another password you need to open up the cover where the ink are and you would see the password and Serie number for the printer inside
