Perfect. Helped me solve the issues. I was thinking I might have to buy a new printer. No need now following the tips for cleaning and clearing the jams. I didn't know to turn it upside down and that made all the difference. Thanks a million.

Hi. The roller back snaps in. Put back side down into slots, then push down.
