my friends thanks for your assistance. i have another printer issue: Hp color laserjet pro mfp m277n. it says, Add paper, Press ok. i have tired adjusting the tray but same problem. pls help me. waiting to hear from you. thanks in advance.

If you add paper and the printer still said Add paper mean the sensor paper is error or broken, can you try checking paper sensor

for now your printer can print or not? and more try to reset default printer

and more if your printer can print but not feed papers or have sound feed but not pickup papers out mean the Pickup roller not good remove it and clean adjust face lose of pickup roller and put back
