I love my HP 2420dn printer, which I use for home. I help a couple of small charities so I do plenty of printing. BUT, this is the second 2420 that just decides to stop feeding paper through. It stops and hard as I try I can't get it to complete a job. The paper printed 1/2 sheet and then jams. I must pull the jam, remove the cartridge, carefully remove the jam on the lower shelf and then try again. It never completes the job, duplexing or not. HELP!
