Disassembled, cleaned solenoids and assembled again. Printer now jams again, but on single page, before jammed on multiple page. I didnt had two side tape to glue on solenoids.

@@jovanmajstorovic41 have you taped something soft onto solenoid after cleaning? My was without it jamming always even when printer was not printing. So I used a few layers of electrical tape

I think it's too springy when hitting bare metal so it bounces and can't catch the cog properly

Question, you had to take the whole printer apart to fix the pickup roller?

I fixed the pickup roller's shaft solenoid problem. If you want to change only the pickup roller it will took 1 minute.

IMHO Lj2420 is an excellent device.

@@scrwdrvr Im fixing one right now. It has worked for 15 years so no question about reliability. But the disassembly is hell.
