If you place the document on the scannner the you need to press the copy button 5 time or if you place the document then you need to go in to copy setting to type in the number of copies you wants to do

Do you know why printer works at mine on my mobile phone, but not at my mates address with his mobile phone? Asking for a printer password or something so annoying

Did you connect your printer first at your address?, it is pre much like if you take your laptop or mobile phone to someone else house you need WIFI password for that address to be able to connect to internet at that house if I make sense?.You mate need to downlaod HP smart app then search to the printer and connect with on the same WIFI network with the printer .
