I have this exact problem. However, if I open up the printer, there is no "burned out" markings on the formatting board. USB is not detected with any computer or change of USB cable. I tried all of the regular tricks with resetting, reinstallation of software, OS requirements, etc...Is it recommended to change the formatting board anyway, even if there are no visible areas of damage on it?

Hello sir I have the same printer p1102 when I connect it to my PC it shows another name in PC p1105 but this printer is p1102 and when i am installing the driver for p1102 it tells that connects the printer and turn it on while it is turn on already please help me?

Replace the formatter board's original part number CE668-60001 it will be fine.

@@Okipentv Hi..Can I ask you something? I replaced the fusion film and the pressure roller because they were worn out and my P1102w was printing badly .But after reassembly now the printer won't feed the paper. It powers up the pressure roller spins and after 2 seconds the orange and green led's light up and everything stops. And the 2 lights green and orange remain on. What could I have messed up?
