Dear.. Your video has been VERY useful to me. I followed the disassembly instructions closely until I reached the paper pick-up sensor. If it was not for this video, I wouldn't have dared to do anything, especially that most of the assembly is fixed with those nasty hooks that you wouldn't know they exist until they're broken!! Great job! Please My toner got stack inside the printer and was forcefully removed. I have notice there is a damage metal spring at the leftside of the toner holder inside the printer. Can you help me on how to replace the holder frame please? Thanks in advance.

It could be the spring of the toner contact. In this case you have to remove the side panel and the main board

hi, the pickup roller motor (is it its job? I am guessing here...) only pulls a sheet of paper half a way in and then stops. When I pull the paper out back from the front -with some resistance- there is no printing on it. Why do you think it does that?

Could it be a paper jam? Also check the paper settings, are they correct? Where does the sheet stop?

I have the same problem... Like it doesnt know that the paper is picked, so it doesnt print on it, and then it just realize, omg there is a paper inside ...JAM... on halfway through..

@@zokigrujic i mene moj poceo zezati.povuce papir 7 cm.i stane.paperjam. prije toga mi je lose printao po sredini stranice prazno bet tinte pa se mislim da nije do cartrige? da nije prazan. jesi li svog popravio.

​@@zokigrujic Your cartridge has little pin feather on left side which is broken. And because of this your catrigde roller door is closed while printer is taking papers. Just buy new one and pay attention not to broken new one during installation or removal. at least this was my case

Hi, Very Nice tutorial! I have a problem that my hp1102w is printing crooked text...? any idea how to fix it?? I did update the firmware, and drivers.

WHat do you mean with crooked? Is the text distorted?

@@viandant5 printed text is tilted, if i will print straight horizontal line, on one side of the page i will have 2cm from the edge of the page, and the other side i will have 2,5cm. Text looks nice, and the printout looks OK.

@@waldi4213 It could be the paper feed roller, the separation pad. Try to clean the paper rubber roller along the paper path

I took it apart and put it back together, however when push the power button, the spinning makes a large racheting sound, what did I do wrong? It wasn't like that when I took it apart (it keep feeding too many sheets of paper before).

I have a problem with one if the two optosensors. One of them was clogged with the tonner cartbrige and was broken and suffered a missalignment. The printer was working before this situation. Later stop printing. Do you know how to fix the inner optosensor? Because my printer is new... Kind regards

What is a optosensor? You mean the laser scanner?

@@viandant5 I mean one of the 2 small wires at the left side cabinet where the toner cartbidge is in. One of them, clogg with the toner, stopping to retire the toner and I pulled stronger, the wire was it burst and was out of position. I tried to reset it but now my printer prints blank ... How I could fix my printer?

@@jorgeruiz5963 That wire is a contact between the cartridge and the printer. You have to reinstall it disassembling the printer, this is the only way

both tray and fuser unit? try to change paper, clean the separation pad with alcohol, check if the fusers are too worn

What do you mean with sheading? Check the fusers, HP2015 is an old printer, may be they are worn or defective.

Do you have a paper jam or a misalignment on the printed sheet? A paper jam could be caused by a not working motor
