Good question. First print test. 2nd ask about how old the ink carts and print heads are they show the expiration dates on the panel menu. If expired negotiate priced based on buying those all. Because that adds up

Awesome print, I have a few questions, hoping you can help. You having owned the 115 for a while now, if you were buying a printer today would you go with the 315 or would you stay with the 115. I have owned a Roland vs540 for many years it was capable of pretty readable small text, how small of text can the 115 print. Thank you

All depends i have a customer base now. But didnt before 115. So now i would.do 365 just to run 60" rolls.for wraps. Still profit on this printer for sure. Small test ok depe ding profile or pass but never get complaints

Cool video, latex looks good, would you say for the decals eco solvent would be better or latex? Thanks ❤

Both have their advantages, eco will have slightly better vibrant color gamut but latex will outlast them without lamination being used. and no outgassing for immediate use. so there is a trade off for sure.

Is this machine compatible with Mac? Or the machine software. Also would this fit into a regular small bedroom? I don’t want to get the bn20. I see the latex is more durable without laminating

Hey Da Print House! Love the video thank you for uploading! One question I have is can you set the cutter to cut out an entire sticker in one pass when perf cutting? Not perf cut half, lift blade and then cut 2nd half for one sticker? Hope that makes sense. My theory is that if the perf cut is one continuous cut around the whole sticker you'll get cleaner perf cut lines? Many thanks Lewis

yes you can i have done it both ways, its just sometimes the perf leave bad egges i add contour to assure a clean final sticker cut.

hi, good question, the problem with the hp latex is that the heater can cause media to stick or curl while coming out and cause a head crash so they say to roll it out somewhere in the middle of the heater, i actually attach tape and pull it during start so i don't waste as much. hope that helps

my barcode don't come out like yours so the cutter is not recognizing it, it dont print with the yellow back ground
