Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I saw this yesterday at the mall, and i basically use a simple b&w laser printer to print boarding passes, copies of car registrations etc. occasionally an instruction or recipe. I was wondering about the unit, and the person at the store really couldn’t give me any stats. Thank you. My Brother DCP 1501 died, and i really liked it, simple. Easy to find components to maintain it.

Your video was the only one I found which noted the drum replacement cost every 20,000 pages which is an additional cost to factor in with the cost of toner: toner at $16 and drum at $50. Even with that though, this printer seems to be one of the cheapest and longest lasting printers on the market. Thank you for your review.

Great review, but I have an issue with one of the CONs. Being a B&W printer is not a negative. This is what was advertised, this is what it is, and you know that when you purchase it.

Printing in only black and white is a small con to me but not having a multiplexer to copy multiple pages is a big con. I hope they have a version that has this capability. Great review.

What would cause a vertical band of lighter printing on the left side of the page? I've had my Neverstop 1200 for 16 months. I'm sure I haven't printed 20,000 pages yet so I don't think it's time for a drum replacement.

On their website, they said: "Duplex printing: Manual (driver support provided)" I wish if you could confirm what this means.

It supports duplex printing but its manual meaning you have to manually flip the paper after the front side has been printed. PDF apps also help you do this although there must be some manual intervention

Setting up this printer is not a walk in the park for me! First thing-connecting with my laptop -t senses it but will not connect to it. Ack--what now??? Can you help please?

Sp you need to connect the printer to your pc with the included cable to perform the first setup and also add it to your wireless network. Download the HP smart app and start it, plug the printer to your PC using the cable and find printer, it should see it automatically. Then follow the prompt to enter all the needed details.

@@jamesdean44775 yeah no duplex printing but who likes to print a lot and cheap it seems to be maybe a best choice for now. I just bought this printer so it will take some time to show real effectiveness. Here in Malta in box was two types of power cables UK and EU standards plus USB cable
