Hi! I refilled my toner for the first time in my HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw and the cartridge is stuck!! I can't twist it to get it out. Any tips to remove it? Thanks!

press the red x button on the printer and you should be able to turn the cartridge and take it out

Is the printer turned ON (has power)? The microchip on the toner refill unit (3 contact pads) have to have electricity (power) to communicate with the HP printer that then sends a "release" signal that allows you to rotate the "toner" refill unit. Otherwise, you can rotate it but you will break the unit physically since it's not released to turn and accept the toner into the drum tank. **** HP assumes you have your printer plugged in & turned ON! ****
