I have not learned how to fax from mine either...BUT if you go to "my free fax" and set up your info you are allowed 2 free faxes / unlimited pages per day (24 hours). Once you are set up and send a fax ...all you have to do is go to your email and confirm/ click the link.....it will email again to confirm that the fax was sent. Been using it for about 3 years now....always worked great. You can pay like 5 bucks a month to get unlimited faxes and pages ....I only fax occasionally so the free service works for me......good luck
