HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus (Paper Mismatch Error Fix)

Hello, I had this printer come in and was told it printer blank sheets of paper and would get this error ( paper mismatch), i looked online but didnt find anything useful. All i could find was to update drives and firmware, but then i took a look inside and found this.

Thanks man. I was going to buy a new one for this simple error. I actually kept it on so the ink cartridge can move away from the place where paper jam located. Thanks again
