HP ProBook 440 G10: Dummy Fingerprint Scanner Swap, RAM upgrade

In todays clip im going to show you how to replace the fingerprint sensor on the HP Probook 440 G10 and also how you can upgrade the RAM.
The HP Probook 440 G10 suports a maximum of 32GB of RAM DDR4-3200 MHz, can be fitted with two m.2 SSDs one of them being Gen4x4. Another interesting thing about this business laptop is the fact that a lot of the components can be replaced/upgraded making it a solid choice also for power users.

Hello, as for the part number im not so sure to be honest. Because the sensor that ive got its most likely a replica of the original. Note! If you plan to order from China, its possible that you may get different fingerprint sensor (different Hardware ID). Install the sensor in then search in Device Manager for the Hardware ID (if the driver is not found automatically). Then go into Google and search for that device ID and most likely you will find a link to driveridentifier.com with the correct driver.

@@GeekchroniclesRo Sad to say after installing the fingerprint scanner I am unable to make it work. I don't know which driver to use. I tried finding the ID but I was unable to. Do you know how I would be able to make it work?? Thank you so much

hmm...but in Device Manager the fingerprint sensor appeares with an exclamation mark or not?
