I’m not sure if removing the dust from the charging port was what fixed my laptop, but it helped me notice that the laptops cable cord was the problem. The charging cable is circular and has a “pin” in the middle; the “pin” was bent and wasn’t making proper contact with the charging port. So, after bending the pin back into the middle, the laptop finally charged. Regardless, good and simple troubleshoot guide. Thanks.

In the last step 3 you can clearly see the connector is different from the first charger 😂 so the true solution is the charger from customer was bad

Hello, can you please help me? I have a similar problem with HP envy. (Touch screen model) . It was showing such and I thought the adapter is faulty. After some time it was ok. Today again it did such two times. First time it started charging ( showed Orange light) but after some time there was again a fault. That fault is now unresolvable. When the laptop is ON, the light continuously blinks white. When it's OFF, the light first turns orange then blinks white and again orange then white again.

Please can you help me the same issue happen to my toshiba pc r930. I took it to local technician but they simply checked ram out and again in process and lastly responded as it is completely useless rather if you able to change the whole mother board. In my case the recovery window shows up and I have to choose options it's a Low Memory issue cannot start up even in safe mode now I have selected safe mode with command prompt let's see not charger issue but my case low memory
