Why am I getting the following error message: No internet connection. There appears to be a problem with your Internet connection. Please check your Internet connection, and then try again. I am unable to do anything using the app. How will there be Internet connection when my mobile is connected to the printer's hotspot? So lame.

Same problem happens with me. When I connect my wifi with hp printer wifi direct, my internet doesn't work at all. Vey frustrating. I've tried hundres of things to fix this, but it is at it was. Very disappointing😢😢

The app has its limitations. Try turning your wifi off and turn it back on again. Establish a new connection . It should work. But the app sucks. Very limited options.
