I downloaded the app and it worked .. make sure your phone and printer are on the same network.

Hi Eric, I came across your tutorial and I'm struggling with my HP Deskjet ink advantage 3788. So the thing is, I was printing a document but the ink got finished. After I replaced, I expected the printer to continue from where it stopped but instead, it starts printing right from the beginning again and I don't want that. Please I need help with this

The top margin is cut off when I try to print something. It's important that it doesn't cut off because it's for a shipping label, and the address is cut off.

In that case, you must use the OTG cable to connect the printer to your Android phone.

I'm trying to print from my cell phone with a cord connected to a an Epson Stylus C88+ printer. It says searching for printer. It has a list of printets - mine wasn't on it. I gave up on that and tried to add the printer and it said you can't add a printer. I'm using a print app and a print adapter. I'm wondering if my printer is new enough.

With iPhone I didn't download anything and it came up automatically, but everyone else in the house has android and it's horrible with android you need an app and a PIN code apparently- is there an easier way? Like AirPrint

Always get printer not available every time I use it have to clear cache, turn everything off phone printer and router when turned back on it works but only once. It used to be fine but subsequent updates ruined it

Our phone also says that the Printer is Not Available in the central portion of our screen. When you click the three dots and go down to "Print", the name of your printer should flash at the top margin of your phone screen. Tap on the name of the printer. Your phone might show the name of the printer at the top of your screen for a 2nd time after that. Tap on the name of the printer for a second time, and the Print icon should appear for you to tap. It is a yellow icon on our Samsung Galaxy. Tap that icon, and your document should print.

Put bluetooth on (phone), put location on (phone), put WiFi on (phone) click on hp smart app & make sure printer says it is connected/available at the top. If not click on printers WiFi button to turn off and then press again to turn back on. Both printer & phone need to be connected to same WiFi network. This should all hopefully help & work. If printer says unavailable still on hp smart app, click on get support, follow check list & click on how do I do this if stuck.

Printing works but it prints everything on 1/4 of the paper. It’s only using the top left corner of the paper. 🤷‍♂️
