Hi! May I know if you have tried using satin photopaper? I have a similar printer however when I print black bg with whote text in it , the color smudges thru the whitr text

I use glossy paper and the ink smudges but i made a video special for this issue where i explain how to solve this problem but with glossy paper. While printing use hp photo paper option or watch my video to follow the steps. Hope this helps.
