It's possible now: with the HP Sprocket mini photo printer that is designed to make this process quick and easy. In this review, I'll take a look and the functions of this mini printer, what it does and how well it works. Let's go over the photo quality you get, as well as if I think it is a worthwhile buy for you for around CAD 109.

What to know about the HP Sprocket
The critical thing about this photo printer is the fact that it prints tiny 2'' x 3'' photos. (Go for the "Plus" or "Studio" models if you want larger formats, and go through my review of HP Sprocket Studio here.) These photos are exclusively designed for teens who want to use pictures to decorate or share, essentially since they print on sticky-backed sheets.
Set up & paper installation
The printer is easy to open with no tools required, and putting the paper in is as simple as stacking it in the open space with the blue initializing card facing down. Powering on the HP Sprocket should print out that blue card immediately to ensure it’s ready for use.
Overall review: HP Sprocket
Overall this is a cute and fun print for those with less severe needs. On the pro end, it's small, portable, easy to use, and doesn't require any additional ink cartridge.
On the downside though, the HP mini printer is a bit dated due to its inconsistent and often slow printing speed, and its imperfect color replication. The micro-USB cable personifies this as a 'relic' of the past (maybe a future version will have Qi wireless charging or USB-C), but the cute and playful design and cute sticker prints are sure to make teens swoon!
The cost of photo sticker paper is expensive when compared to standard 4x6 prints, but it is still affordable enough which makes it an excellent first photo printer.
I recommend the HP Mini Printer to you. It sells for about CAD 109.
Summary
It's an unconventional printer geared toward a niche market, as long as you know what you want to get. Enjoy this portable photo printer!
