A quick little sneak peak at a local chase I went on here in Florida on October 28th 2021.
On October 28th 2021, a powerful cold front was forecast to move over the state of Florida, coinciding with a warm front moving to the north which provided enough shear and instability for the development of severe weather including the risk for rotating thunderstorms called supercells and possibly tornadoes.
In this quick video, watch as I intercept and time-lapse a large high precipitation supercell hover over the town of Sebring Florida. This storm was tornado warned for most of its life and of course it decided to produce a tornado right after I had to leave to get gas (I cry every time)
