I Bought my HP VICTUS 16 LAPTOP on 20th October 2021 from Amazon. It got Power Off Automatically on 14th September 2022 and Not Turned On. After contacting Customer Service they sent Technicians. Technicians said it's a Motherboard problem. Company refused to replace the Motherboard even it's under the Warranty in the name of Physical Damage. Never Ever Trust HP or Ditch Victus Series. It's just a Cheap Copy of their own OMEN Series.
