The distributor for these types of endmills are available in India? Which type tool holder you are using for these type milling? And much time it will take to wear out its flutes? i.e. life of endmill with these type of milling?

not much left for finishing on the ground :D sometimes the flex of mashine, endmill end holder can exceed 0.35mm with high speeds in roughing

Is that a regular old side-lock holder? Why not something like a milling chuck for aggressive cuts like this?
