Many years ago I had a 2-stroke dirt bike that if I get on and off the throttle quick enough then gas on it I could get a backfire. I think it was unburned hot gasses in the expansion chamber. Oh what the hey, great video and MAN what a truck, I like that grumble sound at low rpm too.

love my saavage mate :) the engine is so new the compression so high i have to losen the plug to start it until its nice and warm. still cant believe i had it as a bargain, thanks for sharing your vids mate really enjoy them.. for some reason mine dont turn as sharp as yours no idea why. even with the end points turned up 🤔any ideas why mate ? got the whole orchard to play in as the yard is too small for the size of the truck. :)
