I notched the shock tower to accommodate the lrp rotostart. It worked but the lrp rotostart kinda sucks and I eventually went to pullstart

the hpi roto start plate is in the top left or top right corner bud its good to see the savage back together👍

I have a question. 4 shoe clutches for long shafts. And 3 shoe clutches. If I have a savage 4.6 motor. Can I use a 4 shoe clutch and which one works Is there different sizes that makes it work or should I just get any one and try it. There expensive so I should ask before I dive into the pool ☺️👍

As far as I know they never made one specifically for the Savage, so you would have to make something work, which I Believe you could. I think the losi style is probably out, the clutch bell would sit out too far. I'm guessing something like the old Ofna 4 shoe kits could be made to work. Maybe I'll see if I can get a 4 shoe on it whenever I swap the LRP. Thanks for watching!
