If you do this remember to put on a heat shield or it will suck in hot air making it less powerful

do you think if the sensor is placed in the middle of the pipe it can cause some issue to the car ?

It goes in the middle of the “pipe” in the original air intake the plastic box just shields outside air from getting

Ramification you won’t lose power since the car isn’t turbo charged, as long as the intake is on the other side of the exhaust headers then you are fine, it won’t be hot. Plus people do this for the sound too not just power
