I'm a computertechnician, and I need to replace the 27" screen of a client's AIO-27-xa desktop. I received the spare part screen, but there is no Cover - RearCover FHD NT SKB w/VHB Tape,Rado27 included. Where can I find this tape in Belgium to do the replacement. How come this tape is not included or already attached to the replacement assembly. I've been waiting from a month to get the screen, my client gets very frustrated and now I can't do the switch because a missing tape ?

@@HPSupport The super budget model you guys push currently in your product line is completely idiotic. The heatsink dumps heat onto the hard drive as there is no plastic shrouds that bring the heat out. and the fan and heatsink could have just gone to the edge of the cabinet. HP All-in-One 24-df0130m PC would be one of the machines that suffers this issue. This will kill the system in 2 years in 80 percent of the machines if left on 24/7 and not allowed to sleep as some set their PCs. The heat NEEDS TO LEAVE THE CABINET!

This video helped a bit but it glosses over the details particularly with removing the back cover. It was a huge effort with multiple attempts and multiple videos to get it off. So much that I thought the instructions must be for a different model. Turns out it required various angles with the tools to get it of
