Unfortunately due to the volume of Support requests we receive on a daily basis, here at HP Tuners we rely on our ticketing system to handle requests. Our team is happy to give you a call to address a ticket when the need arises, just simply request a call and they will respond as soon as possible!

@@HPTuners The rare times I've ever had an issue I was on the dyno with customer here. Put in an email and by the time I get anything back it's another day. I tune 30-35 cars a month. I don't have time to wait on emails most of the time unfortunately. Hopefully you all can get some phone service soon. Simple issues can be resolved in minutes that way rather then days.

I have been trying to figure out a problem for months, and they deflect everything back to me, when their system is causing a glitch that rolls in 5-15 minutes down the road, completely unrelated to the defined parameters in data logging and editing software...

This is my frustration too. I can't reach anyone and I have a new $400 MPVI3 brick because they have not provided drivers nor a place to download them nor responding to a few inquiries on how to acquire the drivers.

I've been oilfield for the last two decades so not very tec savvy, no social media and never used email. do you have the patience for someone like me?

Look for a local shop or maybe you gotta drive a ways one that uses HP programs they can help u or if it’s close they come to u but of course they charge accordingly. I’ve got a buddy in gab that builds cars for ppl and he gets a couple ready at a time and a shop about 80 Mikes away sends a guy out to his shop. This isn’t as good as dyno tune but it’ll get I going and sometimes it’s perfect
