Thanks for sharing last point team and customer handling.. When i started in operations and admin. I used ro think that i working individually..and my colleague always used to teach me that please always remember that u r HR. U must have attitude of HR.she used to tell me this because when any candidate used to come for interview, i immediately reach at him to conduct his interview..she told me when and how u treat candidate.how u should behave like HR.. I was in team of HR but i used to think that i m working induvidually as like other employess in all departments. I learned that first we should give lunch to other candidates before to eat ourselves.once i did in my starting career 😂😂then my manager told me that u started to eat there in corner before to take care of new employees during lunch ..u r HR and u shouldn't do like that

Had done internship whereas i had to screen employee records from physical files and get them updated after analysing data from business units. This was helpful for audit and HRIS software that was new in company. Prepared report on same for college project. So will this be Hr Admin work or what description will it be. Appreciate your help
