Honestly these podcasts are such a goldmine of great advice. I know they dont get a huge amount of view but keep it up guys, you've really helped me and I'm sure plenty of others.

I’ll start with the NHS. It’s not an affordable career path, and you cannot not negotiate your pay at all!!

Probably your best video so far. That guy is a boss. So much useful knowledge and advice.

This is brilliant. Love the advice about requesting to spend a % of your time with another team to learn new skills as part of pay negotiation

Brilliant timing this guys. Changes coming at work with promotions being available. I think understanding the managers is key to unlocking the "edge" over other prospective employees but also, as you mentioned, added value to the company/department.

Great video, watched it twice to just try absorb the context. Very interesting perspective on the right way to go about trying to gain more as an employee. Give T credit. I love that you are both at different financial levels. It brings diversity in many aspects and gives you a wider audience. You admitted most of your audience is from what you’ve brought from your main channel but without a doubt this audience is bound to grow because of what T brings so that’s his value in this new growth. But like others said, priceless content. Inspiring, educational and entertaining.

Amazing video, come at a great time for me too. Lots of knowledge and insight dropped in a digestable manner that's applicable to absolutely everyone, possibly one of my favourite podcast episodes so far

One thing i don’t get is why people reference percentages, if you are on a low salary you could get a 50% increase but going from 20k to 30k isn’t the way you want negotiate. Absolute figures should be used.
@batmanflyshigh9 ай бұрын
Because the podcast isn't long enough to use specific examples for everyone's salary. Not only that, it would be terribly boring of they did. GCSE level critique.

I think T deserves abig pay rise with benifits.... I have been asked to comment in here, and we like T...

If you don’t have time to watch, then just change jobs regularly and go where the money is, and keep upskilling, but never be loyal to an employer
