Great informative video. I've been using the berkley gulp alive camo rag worms,texas style. If you haven't used them yet, you really should try them. I've found that the regular berkley gulp ragworm is far too soft for texas rigging amongst weed as they tear off the hook too easily

I have searched for videos on how to hold fish when unhooking as sea fish have spikes in various places. Reason for asking is on recent trip got spiked by a weaver fish in my finger. It is still sore two weeks later. So instructions on where to how various types of fish and points of danger would be really useful to us learners.

If you just bring a damp rag and hold the fish in that its a lot better for the fish and theres a lot less chance of you getting spiked

So using discontinued hooks and baits on a tutorial video i thought that was a good start for me learning, don't you have any new or current stuff for us beginner fishermen stuff we can buy from shops

John Cowan try looking at AGM Discount tackle website. There are replacement versions of the lures and hooks there

Yes some lures and hooks are discontinued, but it will at least give you some ideas what to look for
