Great interview! This guy is one of the few Westerners who understand what China is doing. I still doubt China will pass through this bottom without long term problem. No economic bazooka for real estate sectors means you let the uncompetitive players die down. This will do well in the longer term if the problem doesn't spread into banking or other sectors which is very difficult. Real estate sector is just what we see. Behind that is large over capacity when demand in real estate sector die down. Good thing compare to bazooka used in other developed economies is that after you get through the downturn, all assets price increases crazily. In long term, that practice makes commoners with no asset zero chance of buying their own.

China is in decline. There will not be a long term-recovery due to demographics. This guy doesn't want to anger the CCP.

LOL 😄 How can you have a Consumer-based Economy when The Consumer has 70% of its wealth invested in overpriced, illiquid Chinese condos. Good Luck with that. 💩
