The two views provide great coverage. Thank you so much. So happy to have the lesson on making butter bells.

The hardest lesson I learned making them is to remember to leave room for the glaze layers, otherwise you end up with two pieces that won’t fit together.

Very labor intensive and lovely design.. How do you Glaze the interior since it has such a close fit?

Thank you for showing the top-down view. That is really helpful in understanding the exact movement on the side and inside. 謝謝您,向您學習了不少.

4:21 Hello Hsin! I noticed something as you are throwing the cylinder here, and it seems important, but I want to better to understand the technique. When you push the clay out from the inside it makes a buldge. I see you then move your index finger up slightly and start lifting at the upper side of the buldge rather than below it. What does this do? Are you leaving some clay in the corner to make that angled undercut at the very bottom? I hope this makes sense. Thank you.

Yes, you are right. Since I am trimming the foot ring smaller so I put the corner of the clay in a bit..

What type/size rubber bands are you using to set for width/height? I read somewhere that bands for braces serve well for the tombo tool. Please keep making the dual view videos. It really does help.

You do very nice work in great detail. I have made at least a dozen with the straight sides but never one with the bell, looks like it time for me to make a couple of the ones that have the bell. thanks for sharing. eddiespottery.
