Thank you for your reply. I am at an advanced level. I read on the internet that there are Apps that you can download to practice Chinese tones (like Ka Chinese tone app). I like to know which ones are good as per your experience

At this stage the best way to practice tone is to listen and repeat the sentence of any Chinese video or movie.
