HSM Outdoors-Sonarphone for Ice?

The Sonarphone was designed for the application for anglers that fish from shore, or kayak and canoe. But the question is can you use the Sonarphone on Ice? Yes you can and Corey Studer from Vexialer/Sonarphone gives us a quick demonstration how it works.

I have both this and the deeper sonar and the deeper worked 10 times better. But this one is better than nothing I guess
