I started my journey with kettlebells with 24kg, but got very quickly humbled. Yes, I can do hand-to-hand swings for a while (good cardio btw), but when I started doing snatches, clean'n'jerk etc... very quickly went down back to 16kg not to injure myself :) And again - started doing one-handers with progressive ease over a period of maybe 5-6 weeks, so progressed to 20kg, but then started doing double-handed exercised and got humbled again :) so it's 20kg for one hand exercises, 16kg for doubles and 24kg for hand-to-hand. Unfortunately, my gym doesn't have anything heavier, so I will probably just work on volume and form :)

Not really, I'm just following your programs from these videos. It's amazing that I'm getting good results, and the good thing about it is I can stick to for a long time. I'm just happy I stopped drinking, I've good hangovers from your workout programs😂

Thank you for the kind words and congratulations on quitting alcohol. But to be clear, you're not following programming. You're just copying sessions from some random stranger & his goals. Imagine how you'd benefit from real programming written for you, not someone else?
