This bus has a Cummins C GasPlus w/ ZF Ecomat 2, 5 or 6HP-592C and this bus is equipped with Meritor Axles.

Yes. This is a ZF Ecomat 2 5HP-592C w/ Meritor Axles. Holy smokes, it sounded like Houston metro's 2000-01 new flyer d40lf with the same powertrain, but with Cummins ISC instead, a diesel version.
