I am in your country and i loved it till i seen the many dogs abused chained up on the street and treated absolutely appallingly. I want to help a dog i see that is being abused if you could help point me in the right direction i would appreciate that and it would restore some faith i have back in your country and people. I have tried looking for animal rescue but have not found anything even close and stealing the dog could get me in alot of trouble as a foreigner. Please reply with a way i csn help his particular dog.

God is against dog meat eating but only because dogs are unclean animals. Bible says that every animal that has paws is unclean and therefore can't be eaten. God isn't against dog meat eating for the reason that dogs would be special animals to Him. They are not.
